Before mass media invaded our homes numbing us nightly, before homogenization was considered crucial to safety, before we were consumers, we were humans. Living harmoniously with our faerie kin, in a time of boundless wonderment, we were active participants in our lives. Whistles and cat-calls accompanied quality entertainment, while hecklers equipped with rotten fruit kept performers on their toes.

Barnaby’s World of Wonderment is an interactive entertainment area focusing on the performance arts and showcasing a wide variety of local theatre, street and circus performers. Invoking the spirit of old carnie festivals, the world of wonderment features skilled talkers, amazing curiosities, burlesque performers, vaudeville entertainers, wandering musicians — just to name a few.

The Brothers Barnaby invite you to join us in reclaiming the good old days. Dress in your Sunday finery and take part in this living art installation.
